Alternating Side Planks
Core
1. Start in a high plank position.
2. Twist your body to face the side.
3. Raise one hand up toward the ceiling.
4. Lower your arm and return to the high plank position.
5. Repeat on the other side.
- Keep your core engaged and your body flat.
- Do not drop your hips as your turn to the side.
- Stack your hands directly beneath your shoulders.
