Around the World Planks

Core

1. Start in a high plank position with your hands directly beneath your shoulders.
2. Lift your right hand, then lower it back down to the floor.
3. Lift your left hand, then lower it back down to the floor.
4. Lift your left leg, then lower it back down to the floor.
5. Lift your right leg, then lower it back down to the floor.
- Keep your core activated.
- Keep your hips square with the floor. We don't want to be twisting our bodies.
