Core

- Start on your back, with your arms and legs extended above and below you.
- Using your core, bring your knees and elbows in toward your bodies center.
- While doing this, contract and squeeze to bring your body into a tight ball position.
- Control the movement to return to the extended starting position.
- Don't think of curling your head in, rather bring your head up and chest in. This will protect your neck and promote proper form.
- Keep your lower back on the floor.
