Icky Shuffle
Full Body, Core, Cardio
- This is an agility and cardio exercise that involves lateral movement, core contraction, and stability in our legs.
- We go from side to side with a 3 step shuffle, always lifting up our inside leg on the 3rd step.
- As we lift up our knee to our chest on the 3rd step, exhale and contract your core.
- Toes should be pointing forward and knees in line with toes.
- On the 3rd step, we do bend our knees and activate our glutes in order to switch directions safely and efficiently.
