A Brief Introduction

Updated: Dec 6, 2020

Welcome to RippT. We are very excited to start this new program and want to thank you for choosing RippT to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

First, let me introduce myself. My name is Alec Varcas and I am the owner and creator of RippT. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in New York City and I have been personal training for 6 years. I have had clients of all different age ranges, backgrounds, fitness levels, genders, etc., and have learned a lot through my experience. With this knowledge, content research, and help from other fitness professionals I have put together this website and program to help clients all over the world achieve their fitness goals.

Fitness is such a broad spectrum, and we all have different goals and even definitions of our “ideal fit bodies.” No matter what your goal is, in order to achieve this goal we have to put in the work, challenge ourselves, and most importantly, stay motivated! How do we stay motivated? By creating programs that not only show results, but with programs that are constantly changing and working our bodies in new ways. Having a few workouts that you rotate between every few days will work for a little while, but then your body becomes used to the movements and our progression quickly ebbs. When this happens, we lose focus, we skip workouts, and then we either fall into our old habits and the progress that we were seeing is totally lost, or we are stuck in a maintenance phase and we have hit the dreaded plateau. I wanted to create RippT to fight this and give my clients workouts that will always shock their bodies and have them use their muscles in new and challenging ways.

Once again, thank you for joining us on this journey. We want to create a supportive community that cheers on its other members. You are not alone in this process, and we hope to be with you every step of the way. We encourage you to check this blog, reach out in the forum, take classes, ask questions, and make friends in this RippT community. We stay strong by supporting each other.

We are excited for our own growth in the near future to help you along your health and fitness journey, so stay tuned :)

Thank you!

Alec

Hi Bob! Thank you so much for the kind words and support. Yes You definitely can just use your Credit Card or PayPal Account. Right now we are offering the Subscription based service for the access to the videos. To do this go to getrippt.com/videos . If you are on your computer you will see something that says “Recorded Live Workouts” on the top left right above the first video. If you click that, a drop down will appear where you can subscribe to the channel. If you are on your phone, go to the same webpage, getrippt.com/videos , and on the top right you will see 3 vertical dots. Click that and a drop down will appear where you ca…

Congratulations Alec (and friends)! Excited for you that you’re doing this. Your workouts have been an incredible resource for me these last 8 months. I’m excited to support you in this new venture. So.....comment/question......I don’t see where the monthly subscription you mentioned on IG is on this page.....am I missing it? Second, can we use a credit card to subscribe? I don’t have Venmo (and don’t want it.....I know, I’m old) so could only support you via charities you posted that took cards. Is a CC subscription possible? Many thanks and good luck!!
