1. Pop-Up Class in NYC!
Alec will be teaching the first in-person RippT class this month in NYC! Details are below, but if you are interested, check out the EVENTS tab or Click Here to reserve your spot. Space is very limited. We would love to have you come and work out with us!

Requirements: Masks will be mandatory. A COVID questionnaire will be sent out prior to the class to ensure safety and health of all participants. We will be practicing social distancing, which is why there are only 10 spots available.
2. New Program: Strictly Strength Program
A new program has been posted on the Programs page for our RippT Elite Members. The "Strictly Strength" program focuses on essential exercises that strengthen all of your muscle groups. This 5day/week program will guide you through tough workouts at the gym and I can guarantee that you will feel stronger and start seeing results. Keep an eye out for more programs coming soon.
