Personal Training Now Available!
Many of you have asked and now it is here. You can book 1 on 1 sessions with your favorite personal trainers.
Currently Alec Varcas, the creator of RippT, will be the first trainer you can book a time slot with. He will be offering 45 minute and 60 minute training sessions via Zoom, as well as 30 minute consultations.
What to expect from the Training Sessions
In the Training Sessions, our trainers can create programs and workouts for your specific needs and goals. Since we will be one on one, we will be able to watch and correct you as you exercise. We can make more effective workouts and use exercises catered for you to help you reach your goals even faster.
What to expect from the Consultations
Unlike the Training Sessions, the consultations will be your chance to sit down with a trainer and ask questions. Our trainers are here to share their knowledge and help you better understand different aspects of health and fitness. We can give workout advice, answer some general nutrition questions, help with motivation, and give you the tools you may need to succeed.
How do I make my appointment?
On GetRippT.com, go to the "Training" tab of the Menu Bar. On the Training Page, you can click on which service you would like, and what time slot you are interested in. Please note, you will NOT be charged for requesting a time slot. You will be notified when your request is confirmed and a payment request/invoice will be sent out. You are allowed to cancel up to 12 hours before your session with no fee. If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged a 25% fee of the price of the session. If your request has been denied or the session has to be canceled by the trainer, you will be notified via email.
Why would my request be denied?
We will try to accommodate as many training sessions as possible, but time slots may conflict with other training sessions, classes, and other scheduled events. If we cannot train during the requested time, we will try to reschedule and make suggestions for possible other days and times that would work best.
