Our first New Trainer is Cole Hickman!
Cole is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor based out of New York City. He gears his classes to be HIIT-focused across various formats and protocols (Tabata, metabolic conditioning, cardio kickboxing, etc.) He has a very positive and fun energy through his classes and we are excited to bring him on and train here at RippT! We know his personality and experience in the fitness industry make him a great fit for our community. He will work you hard and kick your butt, but make you laugh and smile through the sweat and tears :)
His first Class will be “30 Minute Full Body Conditioning” this Sunday, March 28th at 11:00 AM EST! All you will need is a medium weight set of dumbbells and he will make sure you sweat!
