Got bitten by the fitness bug in 2002 and haven't stopped since! I used to do a weights-focused routine at the gym most days, with HIIT classes, treadmill runs and elliptical sessions mixed in, but with the pandemic I've switched to mostly body weight routines. Alec's workouts have been a welcome challenge!
