Lauren is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, she has her Yoga Alliance RYT 200hr Certification, and she is currently studying to get her Nutrition Coach Certification. She specializes in Mobility, Cardio, HIIT, and Yoga style workouts while promoting overall health and wellness. She will be a breath of fresh air and perfect addition to the RippT team as we expand to offer different styles of workouts while promoting positivity and personal growth. She is also is working on her own wellness platform promoting holistic nutrition and group fitness called LoLo Health and Wellness. We are excited to watch and assist with the growth of her business as she offers our clients resources to reach their health and fitness goals.
