About the event

We will be focusing on muscle toning and metabolic conditioning as we use basic equipment, such as dumbbells, boxes, and plates. We will have many different modifications for all levels, but we will work together to push each other to our fullest potential. Come join the fun, meet some new friends, and get sweaty in this supportive environment.
