60 Minute Dumbbell Upper Body Workout! (Heavy Dumbbells Recommended) Live from 12-21-21
This will Blast your entire upper body! We use 4 different supersets to strengthen and tone our arms, shoulder, back, and chest! I recommend using heavier dumbbells, but this workout can still be done with any dumbbells you may have available. It’s hard, but you will be accomplished and satisfied once you work through it!
