Alternating Reverse Wood Chops

Core

- Keep the weight in front of your chest for the entre exercise. By doing this, we will be forced to use our core to twist and move from side to side.
- We should be engaging our abs and obliques in order to do this movement.
- Although the movement resembles a throw, still use control. If we just throw the weight around, we can risk injuring ourselves and throwing out our backs. By engaging and use our cores the entire time, we will avoid any injuries.
