Alternating Seated Cable Bicep Curls
Biceps
1. Start on a seated cable row machine with your hands holding 2 separate handles. Have your knees bent and place your elbows on the inside of your knees.
2. Using your bicep, curl one handle in.
3. Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
- Pressing your elbows into your knees will help stabilize the movement allowing your to target your biceps more directly.
- At the peak of the movement, feel your bicep squeeze and engage.
- Do not hunch forward.
