Archer Push-Ups

Chest

- Start with your hands wider than shoulder width apart. They should be in line with your chest and not in front of you.
- Turn your hands out so that your fingers are on a diagonal or directly to the side.
-While keeping one arm straight, bend the opposite arm and lower your chest to hover above the floor.
- Push up out of that arm to return back to the starting position.
- Repeat on the opposite side.
- Keep a tight core to maintain a straight position.
