Arm Circles
Shoudlers
1. Extend your arms out to the side (they can be directly side or on a slight diagonal).
2. While activating your shoulders, circle your arms.
- Arm circles can be done clockwise or counter clockwise.
- Control the movement using your shoulders.
- Keep your arms parallel to the floor.
- You can have straight arms or a slight bend in your elbows.
- Slower controlled circles are better than fast little ones.
