Barbell Bicep Curls

Biceps

1. Start by holding a barbell. Have your elbows next to, or slightly in front of your body.
2. By engaging your biceps, curl the barbell up.
3. Control the movement as you lower back down to the starting position.
- Your elbows should not be pushing back behind you.
- Squeeze your biceps at the peak of the movement.
- Keep your core engaged stand up straight.
- Avoid swinging or using momentum to move the barbell up.
