Barbell Skull Crushers

Triceps

- These get their name simply because you are lowering the barbell near your skull.
1. Start on your back holding a barbell straight above you. Your hands and elbows should be stacked directly above your shoulders.
2. While keeping your elbows in place, lower the barbell toward the crown of your head.
3. Engage your triceps to extend your arms and lift the barbell back tot he starting position.
- Keep your elbows in and do not flare them outward.
- Control the entirety of the movement.
