Full Body, Core, Quads
- Start in a table top position with your knees hovering above the ground.
- As we move forward and backward, our right hand will move as our left leg moves, and vice versa.
- Maintain a strong core and engage your quads for stability.
- This movement is all about control, not speed. We need to find the balance and stability while holding our bodies up in this position.
- As we crawl forward, think about bringing your knee to your elbow, and as we crawl backward we bring our elbow to your knee.
