Bench Hop Overs

Cardio, Legs Core

- Start standing next to a bench with your hands down on the pad.
- Jump from one side of the bench to the other.
- Support yourself using your arms, and stabilize using your core.
- Always land with soft knees.
- Keep your feet together.
- If you do not have a bench, you can do Mat Hop Overs, where you start in a crouched position and your hands on a mat. You then jump from side to side keeping your hands on the ground and supporting yourself using your arms.
