Bicep Curl/Preacher Curl Machine

Biceps

1. Start on a bicep curl machine with your hands on the handles, elbows and triceps against the supportive pad, and have a straight spine.
2. Using your biceps, curl the handles up and in.
3. Slowly lower the handles back down to the starting position.
- At the peak of the movement, feel your biceps squeeze and engage.
- Do not hunch forward.
- If your are doing a negative bicep curl, you curl the handles up as you normally would, but then lower the handles VERY slowly back to the starting position.
