Bicep Curls

Biceps

- Notice the position of the hands. The palms are turned up toward the ceiling
- Have your elbows next to, or slightly in front of your body. Your elbows should not be pushing back behind you.
- Squeeze your biceps at the peak of the movement.
- Keep your core engaged stand up straight.
- Avoid swinging or using momentum to move the weights.
