Blast Off Push-Ups

Chest, Core

1. Start in a high push-up position with your hands in line with your chest.
2. Bend your elbows to perform a push-up.
3. As we push back up away from the floor, bend your knees and push back into a tucked position with your knees hovering above the floor and arms extended in front of you.
4. Press back forward to lower into a push-up again.
- Keep your core engaged.
- This is a chest exercise, so focus on activating your chest (pecs).
