Bodyweight Row in Doorway

Back

1. Stand in a doorway with your hands on both sides of the frame.
2. Bend your legs and lean backward until your arms are completely extended.
3. Pull forward by bending your elbows and engaging your back.
4. Lean backward once again to where your arms are extended.
- Maintain the squat position for the entirety of the exercise. We do not want to straighten up as we pull forward.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the peak of the exercise in order to engage your back muscles.
- Keep your chest up and core engaged.
- Keep your hands in line with your chest. Do not place them too high or too low on the frame.
- The deeper the squat, the harder the exercise becomes.
