Bottom Half Bicep Curls
Biceps
- These are essentially standard Bicep Curls, however we are only raising the weights to about a height where our elbows are at a 90 degree angle (ribcage/lower chest height).
- Control this movement on the way up, the hold at the top of the movement, and on the way down.
- Keep your elbows next to your body, or slightly in front of your body. We do not want them behind us.
- Have a straight spine and keep your core engaged.
