Full Body, Core

- This is a complex movement that challenges our stability, strength, and mobility.
- Start in a table top position with your knees hovering above the ground.
- While keeping your right hand and left foot on the ground, turn to face the let side of the room by lifting your left hand and right foot.
- Extend your right foot and left hand upward while keeping your hips lifted. You can touch your hand to your foot if you are able to.
- We then rotate back to our starting position by placing our left hand back down and bringing our right foot back through. We should then be back in our table top position.
- We then repeat the exercise on the other side.
- This is not about speed, but rather control. We want to use our muscles to make this a fluid motion.
- Engage your core in order to stabilize yourself for this exercise.
- This will also work your shoulder stability and mobility.
