Bunny Hop Burpees

Full Body, Cardio, Legs

1. Start in a crouched position, high up on your toes and your chest up.
2. Do 4 small hops in this position.
3. After you finish the small hops, put your hands on the ground in front of you.
4. Jump your feet back into a push-up position
5. Perform one push-up
6. Jump your feet back in to the crouched position.
- Be careful of your knees. To protect your knees, focus more on the control, rather than the speed of the movement.
- Use your quads to stabilize during the hops.
- Keep your chest up and core engaged.
