Butt Kicks

Cardio

- Keep your chest up and core engaged.
- Keep your knees directly beneath you and do not let them flare out to the side.
- We are aiming to have our heels touch our glutes; however, only get your heels as high as you can. If they do not touch your glutes, that is alright. We do not want strain our knees or lose our balance by trying to get our heels up past where our body naturally allows.
- The faster we go, the harder the exercise becomes; so push yourself, but never compromise form.
