Cable Crossovers

Chest

- Cables will be set at a high position.
- For the starting position, have one foot forward, hands at chest level, and about a 90 degree bend in the arms.
- Cross your hands at the peak of the motion. I recommend alternating which hand is on top.
- Hold and squeeze your pecs (chest) as your hit the crossed position. You want to feel them working.
- Control the motion as we release and go back to the starting position. We want to keep our chest engaged for the entirety of the movement.
