Shoulders

1. Lift the plate to shoulder height.
2. Turn the plate 90 degrees in one direction, and then back.
3. Lower the plate back down, and repeat on the other side.
- Keep core engaged and a straight spine.
- All movement should be coming from your shoulders.
- Do not drop the weight as your turn it from side to side. Maintain the same height and position. This will work the stabilizers in your shoulders.
