Close Grip Pulldowns using Chinning Handle

1. Find a Chinning Handle (The handle usually used for seated rows that looks like a V or triangle)
2. Connect the handle to the the cable lat pulldown machine and sit with your hands on the handle and thighs under the supportive pads.
3. Pull the handle down by engaging your back. You should bring the handle down to your upper chest.
3. Control the handle as you raise it back up to the starting position.
- Drive your elbows down and activate your back
- Squeeze at the bottom of the movement. You should feel your Lats and mid-back engaged.
- Try not to use momentum or lean too far back in order to bring the handle down.
