Close Grip Push-Ups
Chest, Triceps
- Start with your hands beneath you chest. You fingertips should be touching or close to touching.
- Bend your elbows to lower your chest down to hover above the floor.
- Push back up to the starting position.
- Keep your elbows in to engage your chest and triceps
- Engage your core to avoid any curvature in your back.
