Crab Reaches
Full Body, Core
- Start in a seated position with your knees tucked and feet flat on the ground. Put one hand on the ground behind you,
- Push out of your heels to extend your hips up toward the ceiling. While doing this extend your free hand behind you.
- Lower your hips back down and return to the starting position.
- Control this movement using your core. It can be difficult to stabilize.
- When returning back to the starting position, squeeze your abdominals.
