Cross Body Curls

Biceps

- We start with our palms face the back, and as we lift our palms will be facing our chest. This is a similar grip as hammer curls, we are just moving in a different plane of motion.
- Keep your elbows by your sides, slightly in front of your body. Do not let them flare outward.
- We should be lifting the weights up to our opposite chest or shoulder, squeezing the bicep at the top of the movement.
- Have a straight spine and keep your core engaged.
