Cross Body Tricep Extensions

Triceps

- Start with the cable in a high position
- Turn 90 degrees from the cable machine so that the cable is above one of the shoulders.
- With the opposite arm, grab the handle getting in the starting position. For the starting position your elbow will by your side and your hand is in front of your sternum or opposite pectoral.
- Keeping your elbow in place, fully extend your arm down on a diagonal from the cable.
- Engage your tricep at the peak of the motion.
-Have a straight spine and sturdy core.
