Donkey Kicks
Full Body, Legs, Core
- Start with your hands on the ground and your body in a tucked position.
- Using your legs, kick up to a tucked handstand position.
- Stabilize using your core and shoulders to then balance and extend your legs toward the ceiling.
- Bring your legs back down to the tucked handstand position.
- Lower softly back to the starting position.
- Activating your core is essential in order to find your balance
- Stack your hands below your shoulders. If your hands are too wide, it will put more pressure on your arms and shoulders.
