Dumbbell Chest Flies

- Squeeze your inner chest as you bring the dumbbells back together
- Have a slight bend in your elbows
- It is easy to compensate with your shoulders during the exercise, so we want to focus on using our pecs rather than our shoulders for this entire movement
- When we are fully open, we want to feel a stretch in our pecs, and activate them to bring the dumbbells back in.
- Keep the Dumbbells in line with your lower chest, rather than your shoulders, to ensure better chest activation and less shoulder activation.
