Dumbbell Rear Delt Flies

Shoulders

- With a slight bend in your knees, hinge over with a straight back to create a table top position.
- your arms should have a slight bend to them, and we will be opening them up to about shoulder height.
- Use your rear delts (shoulders) in order to move the weights up, and control them on the way down.
- When we reach the top of the movement, we should be squeezing our shoulder blades together to activate those rear delts.
- Do not hunch over or bring your shoulders up to your ears.
