- Keep your core engaged
- This is a movement where we can use momentum to get the weight up, but we still must be mindful of our entire bodies.
- Pull the weight up in front of your body and everything extend to a nice straight arm position above your shoulder.
- When we lower the weight down, bend your knees or squat down, to prepare for the next movement. Your legs is where the initial power comes from.
