Dumbbell Thrusters

Full Body, Shoulders

1. Start with your feet about shoulder width apart. Have one dumbbell in each hand and raise them to shoulder height.
2. Bend your knees to perform a squat.
3. As you raise back up to stand, press the dumbbells straight overhead.
4. Lower the dumbbell to shoulder height and repeat the exercise.
- Use the power from your legs to help push the dumbbells up overhead.
- Push out of your heels for the squat.
- Keep your knees in line with your toes.
- Keep chest up and core engaged. Don’t hunch over.
