Core
- This is an Isometric Hold, meaning we find the position and hold it for the allotted amount of time.
- While facing the floor, place your elbows on the floor directly beneath your shoulders. your forearms will be on the floor and hands in front of you.
- Your feet will be directly behind you about hip width apart.
- Engage your core and maintain a straight spine. Do not bring your butt up.
