Elbow Plank Crunch

Core

- Start in an elbow plank.
- Bring your hips up to create and inverted V shape with your body.
- Using your core, pull your hips back down to the elbow plank position.
- Tighten your core as you move throughout this movement
- Make sure your hit a strong, flat elbow plank position before you start each rep.
