Full Body, Cardio
1. Start with your feet up on a box or bench. Walk your hands back and bring your hips up so that you are not in a plank position. We want to start in a more tucked position with your knees bent.
2. Step your feet down off of the box one at a time.
3. Bring your feet back on top of the box one at a time.
- This is a cardio based workout that targets your shoulders and core.
- Stay light on your toes.
- Engage your core for the entirety of this movement.
- Keep your hips up.
