Face Pulls

Back, Shoulders

- Stand with a straight spine, activated core, and a slight bend in your knees.
- With the cables at a high position, pull the rope so each hand will end on each side of your face.
- We do want our elbows to go outward for this exercise in order to properly engage our rear deltoids (shoulders).
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together as your bring your hands by your face.
