Frog Jumps

Full Body, Core, Quads

- Start in a high plank/push-up position.
- Jump both of your feet in, keeping them in line with your hands. Your knees should go on the outside of your arms.
- Then, jump your feet back out to the push-up position.
- Squat down as low as you can when you jump your feet in.
- Maintain a tight core and make sure to get to a strong High Plank position every time.
- Stack your hands beneath your shoulders. They should not be in front of you.
