Frog Sit Up

Core

1. Start lying on your back with your arms overhead, knees bent, and feet together.
2. Sit all the way up with your arms overhead.
3. Reach forward to touch the floor.
4. Bring your arms back overhead and lie back down on the floor.
- Engage your core to do this exercise
- Do not curl your chin to your chest to sit up, rather look up at the ceiling.
- Reach up with arms, not forward.
- Control your movement on the way back down to the starting position. The way down is just as important as the actual sit up.
