Hack Squat
Legs, Quads
- Feet about shoulder width apart with toes pointing forward or slightly outward.
- Press through your heels.
- Activate your core and push your lower back into the pad behind you.
- We want to use our full range of motion, getting as deep as we can in that squat, aiming to get at least a 90 degree angle.
- Focus on using your glutes and quads.
