Hammer Curls

Biceps

- Notice the position of the hands. They are turned in facing each other as if you were holding two hammers.
- Have your elbows next to, or slightly in front of your body. Your elbows should not be pushing back behind you.
- Squeeze your biceps at the peak of the movement.
- Keep your core engaged stand up straight.
- Avoid swinging and using momentum to move the weights.
