Hanging L Sit

Core

- Start by hanging from a bar.
- By activating your core, bring your legs straight in front of you to create an "L" shape with your body, having a 90 degree angle in your hips.
- This is an isometric hold that will really work your entire core.
- Avoid swinging and "kipping" your legs up.
- Keep your back as straight as possible.
- You may feel some discomfort in your hip flexors due to the hold. Make sure to stretch and warm up your hip flexors before attempting this exercise.
