Heel Taps
Core
1. Start by lying on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Your hands should be down by your sides.
2. Lift your head and upper back off the floor.
3. Reach to touch your right heel with your right hand.
4. Switch and reach your left hand toward your left heel.
5. Alternate between these two reaches.
- Engage your core.
- Keep your lower back on the ground.
- Don't crunch your head forward, instead, look up at the ceiling to promote a more neutral spine.
- Feel the stretch and contraction of your obliques.
